The Coalition Against Project 2025 is spearheaded by a collective of volunteers residing in the Greater Sacramento Area. 

Our focus is on human rights for all, equality, equity, and Democracy. 

The Coalition Against Project 2025 is non-partisan. 

We are made up of of individuals and organizations across a broad spectrum of past civic and political involvement. We are held together by our shared-values and shared-interests.

Founded in July 2024 by the late Marghe Covino, the Coalition Against Project 2025 was formed to be a counterforce to Project 2025 and the White Christian Nationalist Fascist attempted takeover of the US government.

Prior to Trump’s re-election, 10 local organizations had joined as partners. We now have over 30 partners spanning across Sacramento, down to Lodi and Galt, to Davis, and Folsom.
